He sent me several videos of the vehicle, we had numerous phones calls to seal the deal, and through it all he remained patient, positive and not pushy in the slightest. “ Armando and Dan were the first ones that we met when my car got towed there I was stranded on the freeway in Victorville. It took 1 day to figure out what's wrong with the car but they were the most nicest people there I have ever met. Chris was awesome always letting us know what was wrong with the car. However the alternator that was given to them by O'Reilly's was defective. So we had to wait another day to get a new one installed. God sure did blessed us though there was a Holiday Inn next door to the dealership 🙏. They were so nice to drive us there and to pick us up again the next day. I really appreciate everything they did for us even though unfortunately we did get stranded again on the freeway coming home. Good thing was we were only 15 mi from Las Vegas. “ Update: To their credit, the staff contacted my mom almost immediately after my original review and offered to make things right by filling her gas tank and redoing the detailing. I appreciate that they responded quickly and attempted to address the issue. That said, this situation still leaves several concerns. Given the seriousness of the original issue, I expected the vehicle to be returned in impeccable condition. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The windshield still had visible smudges, there were small pieces of Styrofoam in the trunk—even though the vehicle had never contained Styrofoam—suggesting the vacuum may not have been properly maintained. The front bumper remained smudged, and there was still debris in the rear floor carpeting. It's important to note that this vehicle was purchased brand new only a few days earlier. It hadn't been subjected to heavy use, passengers eating inside, or anything that would justify these oversights. My mom later received a follow-up call and shared these concerns. She felt that Armando became somewhat defensive during the conversation. He explained that there was a child car seat and one grocery bag in the vehicle and that, "por lógica," (ask him about that phrase) they couldn't clean those areas. That's understandable. However, the vehicle was at the facility for nearly two hours. At no point did anyone ask my mom to remove those items before the detailing began or when they reached those areas. What concerns me most is that Armando also stated that a complete detail typically takes at least four hours. It is to my understanding that the intentions were NOT to do a complete detail because at no point did they state they needed the vehicle for that long, yet the vehicle was returned in approximately two hours. First Post: My mom purchased a new vehicle from this place a few days ago. In my opinion, she did not get a good deal, but if you’re not prepared then it’s a sad reality that they’re going to prey on you. Anyway, apparently the detailer was gone for the day. The car was absolutely disgusting on the outside! The roof was so filthy that it looked like it was discolored. My mom went in the next day to discuss something odd on the contract so she figured she would just ask to get it washed then. She had an appointment at 1130 am so they knew she was coming. She asked for a wash while they discussed a few things and the car still looks gross! The least they can do is give it a more than decent wash since they already ripped her off. It looks like they just hosed it down. ”

According to California law it is against the law for a licensed dealership to sell a car with unsafe extremely worn suspension and steering parts but the dealership wont honor the law, instead tried to bribe me for $1000 that wouldnt even come close to fix the vehicle. Honestly i would suggest any vehicle you purchase take to a independent mechanic and have it checked out. Buyer Beware!!! ”
