Recently completed the purchase of a new 2026 Outlander PHEV from Victorville Mitsubishi and the experience was excellent. I reached out to them via the vehicle listing on their site and almost immediately got a friendly reply and an understanding that they were going to work with me to make this process as painless as possible. I am about 100 miles away from the dealership and busy with a job and family life, but was able to work through the entire deal mostly with email, texts and a few phone calls. The entire team was very responsive, respectful and answered all of my questions completely. I was really happy that they did not use any shady tactics or bait and switch games. They were clear with the incentives and finance options up front, nothing was hidden. They were happy to work with my outside financing but still made it easy to present competing offers that were in my best interest. The best part is that they were able to close the deal and deliver the vehicle to me on the same day. Never have had it so easy from a dealership. Armando and Dan were the first ones that we met when my car got towed there I was stranded on the freeway in Victorville. It took 1 day to figure out what's wrong with the car but they were the most nicest people there I have ever met. Chris was awesome always letting us know what was wrong with the car. However the alternator that was given to them by O'Reilly's was defective. So we had to wait another day to get a new one installed. God sure did blessed us though there was a Holiday Inn next door to the dealership 🙏. They were so nice to drive us there and to pick us up again the next day. I really appreciate everything they did for us even though unfortunately we did get stranded again on the freeway coming home. Good thing was we were only 15 mi from Las Vegas. We had a tow truck come and pick us up the driver was very sweet to take us to our home and helped us unpacked our car and then he took the car to my mechanic Fernie at his garage. Like I said we were blessed all the way 🙏🙏❤️❤️

Literally the worst service center. Unprofessional, and won't help you fix the car you purchased from them because they can't duplicate the issue.

I bought a used vehicle only to find out the suspension is completely shot and around $8000+ to fix. According to California law it is against the law for a licensed dealership to sell a car with unsafe extremely worn suspension and steering parts but the dealership wont honor the law, instead tried to bribe me for $1000 that wouldnt even come close to fix the vehicle. Honestly i would suggest any vehicle you purchase take to a independent mechanic and have it checked out. Buyer Beware!!!
